Carson Hansen developed into a talented and high-producing contributor in his two seasons at Milwaukee after receiving little recruiting interest out of Pewaukee (Wis.) High School. Entering the offseason, Hansen planned on remaining at Milwaukee. However, after some changes in the program, the outfielder entered the transfer portal and eventually committed to Kentucky.
At Milwaukee, Hansen batted .315 with 25 doubles, 11 home runs and 63 RBI as a sophomore All-Horizon League player in 2024.
I sat down with Carson Hansen to discuss his development in college, his decision to transfer to Kentucky and his baseball career goals.
